There was never an incantation for Dispel Magic in the books or movies, but it definitely DID exist... that waterfall in Gringotts Bank was a big disenchanting trap. Which begged the question why they didn't have a similar feature at Hogwarts and at every government institution. Since it successfully removed the Imperius Curse AND polyjuice potion. Kind of a handy tool to have at one's disposal.
